Series Approach
Designed to provide first-time supervisors with the necessary skills to confidently communicate, discuss performance feedback, resolve conflict, and build teams.
Workshop Overview
- Whole group discussion (15-20 min intervals)
- Individual assessments
- Exercises completed in pairs or trios
- Exercises completed in small groups
- Experiential activities – at least one per day (case studies, ice breakers, team building, etc.)
What will be covered:

Day 1: Communicate for Success!
Day 2: Performance Feedback and Coaching
Day 3: Dealing with Difficult Behavior and Delegating
Day 4: Building Teams and Process Improvements
Day 5: Performance Management
Day 6: Managing Conflict (OPTIONAL)
Sessions are scheduled two to four weeks apart.
