Module 9: STAR Service: Effective Meetings

Program Outline - 6 hours

Overview: Meetings, meetings, meetings! If poorly conducted and planned, meetings can consume much of your day, achieving little results. Surveys indicate that employees spend on average between six and twenty hours per week in meetings, and even more for executives. These same surveys reveal that the majority of employees feel the time they spend in meetings is unproductive. Meetings do not have to be time-consuming and unproductive.

This program will help anyone who leads and organizes meetings to achieve greater effectiveness, engagement and results.
