Build stronger work teams by enhancing job satisfaction, increasing productivity and improving employee relations. Assigning tasks and delegating responsibility will allow you to review operations, plan for the future and build the proficiency and competence of your staff. You will learn what to delegate, who you should delegate to, the six levels of authority and proper follow-up.
