Individual Coaching

Coaching offers targeted skill building for high performers through individualized, immediate feedback. MBC coaches challenge and inspire individuals and teams to stretch themselves to attain goals and targets they would not normally achieve on their own.

Every high-performing person in the world has a coach in one form or another. From athletes to business leaders, high performers know that having someone they trust who helps guide their thought process is necessary to maintain high performance. The rest of the world just "shows up" every day. A successful coach can help you shift your thinking and behaviors, and a great business coach has enough experience to share to help you make that shift quickly.

We work with a variety of people for a variety of reasons. Some people may be seeking ways to maintain high performance in a new position, or enhance opportunities for promotion. Others may desire to become a higher performer or work on a strength or opportunity to help them be more successful in their job. Still others are needing to be on a journey of self discovery. We work with all levels to develop an individualized plan for sustainable long-term success!


We have a variety of approaches to help you achieve your goals. Your MBC coach takes the time to understand your business and helps develop key initiatives that will help you succeed. Your MBC coach follows a code of ethics to ensure integrity and respects the confidentiality of information received from you.

In our personalized programs, you will meet with your MBC coach on a regular basis. Early on, your coach will conduct assessments and evaluations in order to learn about your business, your leadership style and your goals. Meeting frequency is determined based on your goals and availability. As you progress, we will work on proven business strategies to reach your goals. Your individual plan will be adjusted as goals are met.


Individual coaching topics may include, but are not limited to specific skill-building, e.g.: interpersonal skills, leadership, problem-solving, time management, project management, sexual harassment, workplace harassment, sensitivity issues, customer skills, and many more.
