Product Knowledge Training - Program Outline

Product knowledge is essential in serving your bank’s customers. Your employees are the critical link to fulfilling your commitment to your customers, and differentiating yourself from your competitors. In order for them to be able to do their job successfully we recognize that they need to understand your bank’s products and services.

Based upon MBC’s training needs survey of several banks, the product knowledge training was developed to be conducted in two hour sessions, three times a year. Employees will be provided with a LOP workbook to be used as a reference tool back at their office. They will be asked to bring their workbook to each session they attend so that they may add to it.

The sessions will be fun, interactive and informative. There will be something for everyone to learn and/or become refreshed about your bank’s products and services.

LOP Training is bank specific, customized to your bank. Additional products may be added upon request.
