TRAINING/CONSULTING PHILOSOPHY
MBC’s goal is to become partners in training with its clients to maximize training efforts and help companies achieve their strategic goals. Practical skills that are realistic and simple to use are taught. Training sessions are diverse in activities. Consulting activities include team development, individual coaching and meeting facilitation.
All programs are conducted by MBC’s extraordinary team of Strategic Performance Consultants who are experienced in establishing a stimulating and participative learning environment. All instructors have experience working in positions from management, customer service/sales, and training.MBC helps businesses develop business plans, training plans and resolve internal conflict. MBC is instrumental in developing sales cultures and helping to improve company morale, motivation and productivity.
Audiences describe MBC’s presentations as enthusiastic, creative, motivational and practical. Skills are taught that can be applied in today’s market. Instructors have personally experienced mergers, acquisitions and “rightsizing”. Their high level of participatory facilitation and openness to share personal experiences combine to generate rapport with participants. As a result, program participants leave with the necessary skills and a strong desire to take action on current challenges.
MBC will customize and/or develop training programs based on an organization’s specific needs and objectives.
